At SHP, we pride ourselves on our creativity in problem-solving and our unwavering workhorse mentality. Having exactly that and more, Jacob Faiola is an excellent leader for our engineering department.
One of the highlights of Jacob’s tenure at SHP was winning Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold Certification at Northwest Schools, in part because of his chilled beam HVAC system. He’s also been a strategic and steady contributor to clients’ healthy building environments. He regularly researches and ultimately improves indoor air quality solutions that help clients, well, breathe easier.
