Cincinnati — March 28, 2017 — Mary Lee Schott has joined SHP Leading Design as Director of Higher Education Interior Design. In her role, Mary Lee will lead the development and design efforts of the firm’s higher education projects from concept to detail to finishes.
Mary Lee is a UC DAAP Graduate and Kentucky State Board Certified Interior Designer with over 28 years of experience. For the past 16 years, she has been University Interior Designer/Project Manager for Northern Kentucky University, overseeing a variety of projects, including: The Health Innovation Center, Griffin Hall College of Informatics, Callahan Hall & Norse Commons Residential Dining Facilities, Campus Recreation Renovation and Votruba Student Union. Additional expertise includes the design and management of campus interior and exterior wayfinding and specialty Donor Recognition Signage. Early in her career, she worked in Washington D.C. as an interior designer for private architecture firms and at the U.S. Postal Service headquarters.
