SHP is proud to announce the addition of five new members to our Cincinnati-based team: Bobby Hintz, Jamie Kruer, AustinLueder, Adam Plaver and Anthony Zunis. The addition of these five talented individuals elevates the Cincinnati office and SHP as a whole, with each bringing various levels of experience which will benefit us, as well as our clients.

Bobby Hintz received his graduate and undergraduate degrees in architecture from The Ohio State University. Following his graduation, he spent time working to perfect his craft with some of the best designers and firms in the Cincinnati area, including John Senhauser Architects and, more recently, with the local firm Drawing Dept.  

Jamie Kruer graduated in 2021 with a master’s in architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago, but spent several years prior gaining real-world experience in the field, including with SHP! Jamie returns to us having worked with various highly touted architecture firms, including Callison in New York and Gensler in Boston!

Austin Lueder is a 2019 UC/DAAP grad with co-op experience at Gensler, Walt Disney Imagineering, Tesla,and more, gaining industry experience and knowledge every step of the way. Anthony is also a big believer in constantly pushing for growth. He’ll have plenty of opportunities to put his growth mindset to work at SHP.

Anthony Zunis joins Team SHP as a software engineer. He earned his Master of Science degree in applied mathematics at the University of Akron. His concentration in macro-and international economics led to unbelievable experiences, from working with NASA to large-scale data migrations and e-commerce platform development projects. 

Adam Plaver is an electrical engineer and designer who joins the team after graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 2021. While still earning his bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, Adam spent several years gaining experience at the co-op level with local architectural and engineering firms, including SHP. Now with the team full-time, we are excited to see how he will help us fulfill our mission to create, inspire and strengthen our local communities.
