Master Planning|Futurecasting + Visioning|Community + Stakeholder Engagement

With a focus on how to best prepare their learners for the future, Sycamore Community Schools’ facility master plan is informed by enrollment projections, facility assessments and operational realities, but also anticipates the emerging educational needs of its students and staff. It goes without saying that facilities must be practical, serviceable and fiscally responsible, but they must also support the instruction of the skills their students require—a pedagogy that embraces the uniqueness of each learner and equips them for success.
