A multi-phased 16,176sf expansion and renovation project.
A large 8-classroom addition wing at the back of the existing building.
Renovations to several parts of the program including the nursing, welding, sports medicine, and cafeteria spaces.
The scope of work included building code improvements.

A Partnership from the Start: SHCTC and SHP worked together to craft a winning grant application that secured $4.6M in funding from Ohio’s Career Technical Construction Program for the expansion and another $1.7M to purchase equipment.
