School Outfitters

Cincinnati, OH

Project Description

New life can be brought to even the oldest buildings, as was the case when SHP worked with School Outfitters to modernize and repurpose an antiquated space in a fresh way. In fact, what’s old can be new again if presented appropriately. That’s how a former manufacturing facility was transformed into a modern corporate headquarters with space to work alone or collaborate with colleagues in a unique office environment.

Project Features

  • Brick archways, timber framework and original fire doors were preserved to provide unique personality to the office environment.
  • Floorplan designed to complement the natural borders established by the existing support beam structure, working with the building’s limitations instead of against them.
