Interesting Fact: The phased project required the coordination of swing space to enable the building to stay operational during construction.

This five-phased $25M project required careful planning and implementation of flexible spaces, allowing the center to better utilize the existing buildings to meet area workforce development needs. The project was a complete reimagination of what a learning facility could look like within an industrial complex.
