SHP has served the needs of Ohio State University over the past ten years, completing a variety of studies and renovation projects on several campuses.

  • Renovation of the first and third floors of Morrill Hall, the largest academic building on the Marion campus.
  • Creation of a new Executive Suite for the Dean/Director out of the renovation of 1,800 sf on the Newark Campus.
  • Criteria-architect services for a fast-paced, quick turnaround enabling project in Bevis Hall on main campus.
  • Our studies have included expansion of the ice core storage capacity at the Scott Hall Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center; expansion of the University’s Book Depository and University Archives by up to 2.8 million volumes; the potential impact of BIM standards on Facilities Development and Operations; and improvements to the Ackerman Road Childhood Center.
