SHP provided electrical, plumbing and HVAC engineering design services for the new Coney Bar B Que, a fast-casual dining location with indoor/outdoor seating, full service kitchen and service area.

Project Features

  • Electrical and plumbing site improvements – including demolition of existing buildings, new medium voltage transformer (to connect to existing underground primary electrical service cable), new outdoor rated secondary distribution panel for electrical service upgrades, secondary re-connections to existing loads, new site lighting with time clock control, new branch circuiting to site electrical devices and site plumbing design.
  • Electrical service improvements included coordinating outages with owner’s operating schedule and maintenance staff.
