Adjacent from the building is a community lawn for outdoor performances and beautiful views of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River. 
A grand staircase leads to the top floor cabaret space with seating for 70 people to attend smaller banquets, meetings and events. 
The elegant multi-purpose lower floor banquet room provides ample space for community and arts events.

Project Description

SHP was recently hired to design a $6M, 36,000 square foot adaptive re-use of a former IMAX movie theater to serve as the home for the Kentucky Symphony Orchestra and the needs of the Northern Kentucky community.

  • A 550 seat multi-use, state-of-the-art orchestra stage and auditorium.
  • Integrated space for a future tenant to open a wine bar, coffee shop or casual shop open to the public.
  • Outdoor patio space easily accessible by nearby shopping and entertainment area.
