Keating Natatorium
Client: St. Xavier High School
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
  • Renovation of an 8-lane, 50-meter pool.
  • Seating for 1,000 spectators.
  • Upgrades to locker rooms, swimmers' lounge, main lobby, pool equipment spaces, offices, hospitality suite and concession area.
  • New pool deck, replacement of the original filtration and air handling systems, new drainage system and pool liner.
Interesting Fact: SHP assisted St. Xavier High School with fundraising efforts by creating renderings of the new space that were used in printed campaign materials and showcased during community presentations.

In August 2021, SHP completed a $5.5M renovation to St. Xavier High School’s Keating Natatorium, including upgrades to locker rooms, the swimmers’ lounge, the main lobby, pool equipment spaces, the concession area and seating for 1,000 spectators, among other improvements. The pool itself received a new pool deck, replacement of the original filtration and air handling systems, and pool liner.
