- The design celebrates the historical features of the Budd Dairy Building through preservation of the iconic bow truss roof.
- Exposed structures including original walls and ceilings further promotes the history of the re-purposed building.
- Office suites feed into a shared courtyard gathering space that includes a fire pit and lounge furniture.
- The suites feature an open atmosphere with conference rooms, private sales offices, a full kitchen and a central gathering space.
Interesting Fact: Originally built in 1916, the eastern half of the Budd Dairy Building was converted from the loft warehouse space that stood empty for years into unique office suites ranging from 1,888sf up to 3,950sf.
