CWC, The Restaurant
Client: Cooking with Caitlin
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
- Designed to accommodate 55 seats for patrons, centered around Caitlin’s kitchen where meals are prepared.
- The act of teaching people how to cook is woven throughout the CWC brand, and is reflected in the restaurant design.
- Paneled wood ceilings with long, narrow overhead lights complement the shape of the building, while chandeliers and strategic windows provide additional light.
- A limited palette of materials defines the clean and crisp interiors: concrete, wood and stainless steel take center stage.
Interesting Fact: CWC, the Restaurant, is the brick & mortar realization of the wildly popular “Cooking with Caitlin” brand. The change-of-use renovation converted a vacant former car-wash building into an inviting restaurant space.
