The exterior fits in with the City’s turn-of-the-century character on the west, while allowing the south face of the College to reflect its forward-looking brand and mission, promoting its presence in the community.
Opening the interior of the building for function and daylight as well as creating two floors of classroom space from an existing movie theater.
A state of the art learning environment offering a digital media lab, flexible multimedia classroom, a lecture hall, various labs, breakout spaces, distance learning classroom, and administrative/faculty offices.

Challenged to fit a high-tech building into an early 20th century context, this total interior renovation and dramatic exterior façade upgrade reflects the College’s commitment to being on the cutting edge of educational delivery.
