Interesting Fact: The addition’s reflective exterior facade was designed to merge the contemporary addition with the original structure, preserving and modernizing the community-landmark.

The Amity Elementary project included a complete renovation and a 50,000sf addition as part of a phased $29M building program. The design offers a variety of flexible learning spaces, including ELAs and STEAM rooms for project-based learning. However, it preserves the foundation of the original building, fostering a robust learning environment.
