Amity Elementary School

Deer Park, OH

Project Description

Originally built in 1907 and untouched since an addition in the 1960s, Amity Elementary no longer supported the needs of today’s young learner. Since the building was considered a community landmark, the challenge for SHP was how to preserve the school’s history while modernizing the existing space into a 21st century learning environment.
