  • Upgrades in both the 1st floor and 2nd floor lobby spaces.
  • Key features include moss walls with tenant singage, an upgraded reception desk and new furniture in employee breakout spaces.
  • Other improvements include updated carpeting, the installation of new TVs and detail upgrades to the existing staircase.
Interesting Fact: The renovations were completed both before and after the onset of Covid-19, with the goal of making the spaces more inviting for those transitioning back into the office for work.
