Hip Meets Historic: Making a New Home for Gyro

SHP

SHP wove Cincinnati’s rich design heritage into Gyro’s (recently integrated to form Merkle B2B) historic yet hip new home.

Our latest project with Gyro (recently integrated to form Merkle B2B) took place in 2021. After relocating from a suburban office park, Gyro tapped SHP to design the agency’s new office space in Over-the-Rhine, a historic neighborhood in Cincinnati’s urban core.

Located in the Strietmann Center, a recently renovated landmark building, the new workspace needed to pay homage to the center’s storied past while embracing the modernity and flexibility Gyro required to help its creativity thrive. The result marries historic preservation and a beautiful, modern design that allows creative thinkers to do what they do best: think creatively.

After more than 30 years of design projects, our latest case study, Hip Meets Historic: Making a New Home for Gyro, showcases our most recent work. Click here for instant access.
