Todd Funkhouser
Project Designer
Todd joined SHP in 2022 as a project designer. In this role, he is responsible for designing and rendering building projects in Revit. He, along with his team, works to iron out any kinks in a design before the project ever breaks ground.
It’s the kind of foresight, troubleshooting and finding-a-solution-before-there’s-even-a-problem work Todd envisioned for himself as he completed his Master’s Degree in architecture at the University of Cincinnati. He graduated in 2021 at the top of his class and, with that, was awarded the Henry Adams AIA medal. The award is an incredible honor, and we have the feeling it’s just the first in many feathers Todd will add to his cap throughout his career.
“What excites me more than anything else is having the opportunity to make the built environment better through design," said Todd, when asked about joining the SHP team. "It's something I have been working towards for a long time, so it's rewarding to see that hard work pay off.”
