Ron Hicks

Ronald Hicks is an impassioned and energizing leader who works diligently for himself, his team, and his communities. Ron’s primary duties are to lead the effort for specific client relationships and various other firm-wide tasks, including field services, contract management, risk management, and most recently the development of a new building product. 

Throughout his career, Ron has had the opportunity to work on some of our most exceptional projects, including Monroe K-12, Beavercreek City Schools, and Summit Country Day School. His latest career highlight is the creation of Framefrog and working through the process from invention to market.
