In her role, Lynn focuses on taking a strategic approach to HR by working to strengthen the firm by placing priority on the employee experience. She revels in creating an environment where SHP employees feel that HR has their best interests at heart—that someone’s “got their back”—and is there to help them care for their families so they can relax and be their best selves at work.
