Construction Field Representative
Loren Schmelzer has been with SHP for over twenty years, with his current position being a construction field representative.
With 40+ years of experience and a passion for education and construction, Loren keeps the construction of schools, places of business and any other SHP projects on schedule. He reviews construction from start to finish—sometimes even beyond completion. Still, what he enjoys most is the ever-changing atmosphere that his job possesses.
“I really love that I get to wake up every day and not fully know what my day will look like,” said Loren. “Seeing something new or different almost every day is not something most people get to enjoy. And to top it off, I am helping to improve entire communities!”
