In his role at SHP, Josh’s daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, master planning and educational visioning. But what excites him most about his career is the impact his work has on students’ and educators’ lives. Josh prides himself on adapting to adverse situations and handling them calmly. This approach is what allows him to come up with creative answers to puzzling questions.

Josh has been with SHP for over 20 years and shows no sign of slowing down now. He has accomplished a great deal in this time, including five projects that have been recognized by design excellence awards from Learning by Design, School Planning and Management, and American School and University, the Columbus Dispatch and Columbus Business First.

“I hope I can look back at the end of my career and see that I made a lasting impact and change in communities throughout the state of Ohio and beyond,” said Josh. “I also hope I can say that I never stopped learning. Given all the world's uncertainty today, I have been trying to focus on small things that I can create or control. I think the key is never to stop learning, researching, and experiencing.”
