Known around the office as “the man with a plan,” Senior Technical Leader and Principal, Jim Schriefer is responsible for providing guidance on projects, generating building specifications, providing quality assurance reviews and determining the scope of work on complex renovations.
Jim is a go-getter and is constantly pushing his team outside their design comfort zone with the hopes of discovering solutions to design conditions that exceed the visual expectations of the project team and the client themselves.
“As Principal, Jim sets the bar high,” said SHP President Lauren Della Bella. “But he would never ask anyone on the team to do something he is not willing and able to do. He does excellent work and expects the same out of those around him.”
