Where would the SHP team be without Holland Behrens? To put it simply: In shambles. Our Cincinnati office would be full of confused employees warring over double-booked conference rooms and wrestling with malfunctioning key cards.

And that’s only slightly hyperbolic. Truly, Holland is a big part of why our operation runs like a well-oiled machine. She does it all: Manages calendars, organizes office meetings and events, onboards new employees, and effortlessly handles dozens of other tasks.  Even better, she does it all with a smile.

“I hope I can make our office a friendly, welcoming place for every single person,” she says. “I’d be happy if my being a part of the team can make things run more efficiently.”
