Dalis Richardson

Interior Designer

For Dalis Richardson, interior design is about creating spaces that make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. As an Interior Designer, she brings an empathetic perspective to her work, with a personal interest in how interiors can support mental health and well-being.

Dalis first became interested in the impact of interior environments after spending time in healthcare facilities as a child. That experience shaped her desire to create spaces that positively affect the people who use them. A recent graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design with Research Distinction, Dalis is especially curious about how research, including biophilia and fractal design, can shape the spaces of the future.

“Having interior spaces that support mental health is an important part of the healing process.”
