Whether she’s helping others pursue excellence or mentoring future leaders, Ashley is driven by the impact thoughtful guidance can have on people—and on the communities SHP serves. Outside of work, she enjoys causes that support women, children, and veterans, and even maintains a flock of ornamental chickens at home.
