It’s hard to believe, but 2025 is rapidly drawing to a close–and with 2026 on the horizon, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year and all of the progress we’ve made. This year brought many milestones worth celebrating, including new office locations, groundbreakings, grand openings, and exciting award wins. 

Of course, none of these accomplishments would be possible without our incredible team. That’s why SHP is celebrating several well-earned promotions that highlight the talent, dedication and leadership growing within our organization. The following individuals are stepping into new roles within our firm, and we are excited to see where their energy and passion will take us next!

  • Michael Guadiz is now the Head of Finance and will be instrumental in guiding the financial future of SHP.
  • Mike Bednar has been promoted to Design Leader, where he will lead the charge in bringing our clients’ visions to life.
  • Russell Miller is now a Senior Project Manager. With 16 years of experience at SHP under his belt, he’ll continue to provide excellent service to clients while keeping projects on track and on budget. 
  • Mike Domek has been promoted to Senior Project Architect; he’ll bring his design acumen to various library and education projects from our Columbus office.
  • Jordan Schuster is now a Senior Interior Designer, and will continue to harness her creativity to design inspirational and functional spaces for our clients.
  • Erin Walsh has been promoted to Marketing Manager, where she’ll be leading proposal development and social media strategy. 

At the same time, the end of the year naturally turns our attention forward to the landscape ahead. SHP is preparing for a year of growth, fresh ideas, and renewed momentum.
