Bringing A Vision To Life: Engaging members of the Xenia community, our Educational Visioning process clearly illustrated the accelerating pace of global change and the resulting necessity to prepare students in new ways. A visioning committee identified a set of aspirations for the proposed facilities that were incorporated into the design of the new building.

To replace an aging 1962 building with a modern facility for a growing student population, Xenia Schools partnered with SHP. In addition to being safe, warm, and dry, the new building is intentionally designed to support the district’s “Project Lead the Way” curriculum. A major highlight is the integrated health and wellness clinic, run in partnership with Dayton Children’s Hospital, providing crucial support for students.

"SHP helped make the vision of this facility a reality. The learning spaces here give our students the space, the resources and the tools they need to explore the world around them."
– Mary Grech, XCS Board of Education
"It's a testament to the power of vision, collaboration and community. It's a place where young minds are nurtured, inspired and empowered to reach their full potential."
– David Powell, SHP
