When designers, builders, and clients work together towards a clearly articulated vision, the result is a space that resonates with purpose and enduring value. Our project with SHCTC is proof of this. The interplay of communication, trust and advocacy shaped the outcome of this project and empowered our team to create a facility that supports students and the broader community.

"I couldn’t be happier with how this whole project went. When you’re a superintendent, you hear a lot of horror stories of school builds. But that has not been my experience at all working with SHP."
– Kevin Kratzer, Superintendent
"The speed with which we completed this project was really amazing. Thanks to solid relationships and communication, we went from grant approval to an operational facility in less than a year."
– Charlie Jahnigen, Executive Vice President
"Southern Hills was an amazing partner. The combination of communication and trust in our expertise really helped make this project a success."
– Molly Kerth, Interior Designer
