Employee Spotlight: Brandi Ash, Vice President of Architecture

As the Vice President of Architecture, Brandi Ash doesn’t just lead the Architecture group here at SHP–she’s also a passionate advocate for our clients, a champion for our rising talent, and a fearless leader who isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves to get the job done.

Since joining SHP in 1998, Brandi has remained a steadfast presence in our firm, quickly rising through the ranks and lending her technical expertise and project management skills to a wide range of projects. Her involvement spans the entire lifecycle of a project, from winning the work and initial design conceptualization to overseeing construction. Her exceptional client service and attention to detail have made her an invaluable member of our team—so much so that her clients regularly request her insight and guidance long after a project has been completed.

In addition to being a driving force behind SHP’s architecture division, Brandi is committed to mentoring young talent and supporting working parents within our firm; after all, she says, it’s the incredible people in our ranks that have kept her coming back to work day after day.
