An extensive evaluation of existing facilities and sites informed the planning process.
An Educational Visioning process involved students and the community to establish a forward-looking model for educational delivery.
A master plan option development process was driven by a Community Advisory Team that synthesized all information gathered and crafted a final facilities master plan.

Master Planning|Visioning|Stakeholder Engagement

With a focus on the future, the Greater Latrobe School District enlisted the services of SHP to spearhead a comprehensive master planning initiative aimed at revitalizing and reimagining the district’s facilities. This endeavor, driven by stakeholder and community input, identified essential facility requirements to shape the district’s investments in infrastructure over the next 25 years. Reflecting Greater Latrobe’s vision, the resulting facilities master plan is educationally fantastic, financially responsible, and community-developed.
