- New synthetic turf to the existing NCAA standard football field and an all-weather track.
- New grandstands, concourse concessions, spirit shop and restroom facilities at the main stadium.
- Includes fitness, weight rooms, locker rooms and coaches offices.
- New press box on the third floor overlooks the CareFlight Field.
- Renovations to the baseball park.
Interesting Fact: The project included a new 40,000sf Healthplex facility, a joint project between Miami Valley Hospital and Springboro Schools. The stadium's press box integrates into the third floor of the Educare facility.

These athletic facility projects continue a long relationship between Springboro Schools and SHP. The new CareFlight Field at Watkins Stadium features a 2,000-seat grandstand and a press box that features training rooms, refreshed locker rooms, and concession stands, among other upgrades. The project is an exemplary public-private partnership between a school district and a healthcare corporation.
