To continue driving economic growth in Northern Kentucky, BE NKY needed a vibrant headquarters that matched the energy of the urban community it serves. Relocating from the suburbs to downtown Covington’s prominent OneNKY Center, SHP helped transform a standard office into a modern, dual-purpose destination—one that seamlessly balances focused, everyday work with welcoming spaces for hosting local businesses and community groups.
