To create an inviting amenity space at 3090 Exploration Avenue that every tenant can call their own, SHP developed a distinct brand intentionally separate from any single corporate identity. The commons area is open and inclusive to all users—evolving into a true “third place” that serves building tenants, Cincinnati Children’s, the University of Cincinnati’s Digital Futures Complex, and the 1819 Innovation Hub.
