When it comes to setting goals and taking ownership of professional growth, Trien Dau leads by example. As a software developer, he constantly pushes himself to refine his skills and elevate his work. His role is critical in enhancing productivity and functionality for our architects and engineers, driving efficiency across the firm.

“Learn from every experience” is Trien’s mantra, and that is the exact mindset that keeps him on his toes. Trien thrives on the challenge of continuous improvement, finding just as much excitement in problem-solving as he does in connecting with colleagues. Whether optimizing workflows or engaging in conversations with peers, he brings a passion for innovation and collaboration that strengthens our team.

Trien joined SHP as a co-op in 2021, and we could not be more excited to have him on board full-time. His ability to independently research and apply innovative solutions to our technology projects has been a tremendous asset to the firm. Beyond his contributions to SHP, Trien is driven by a strong commitment to growth in his field and building a future for his family—goals he continues to pursue with dedication and expertise.

When not researching the latest trends and forums, Trien enjoys fulfilling his imaginary side by reading manga. He also prioritizes his physical health by working out.
