Several New Partners Join SHP’s Leadership Team

We are delighted to announce that we have expanded our shareholders with the promotion of five individuals to the VP role:

  • Jenny Gallow – Vice President, Interior Design
  • Vern Hendrickson – Vice President, Technology
  • Carrie Malatesta – Vice President, Interior Design
  • Allison McKenzie – Vice President, Director of Environmental Responsibility
  • Shea McMahon – Vice President

Gallow, Hendrickson, Malatesta, McKenzie and McMahon join the following SHP shareholders as members of the firm’s senior leadership team: Brandi Ash, Lauren Della Bella, Charlie Jahnigen, Mike Parkinson, Jeffrey Sackenheim, Joanne Scott and Todd Thackery.

Additionally, SHP announced that Jacob Faiola was recently promoted to Director of Engineering while Gregor Lewis was named Design Director and Mike Shoup was named Technical Director. All three have established themselves as astute leaders with a passion for simply helping people.

“We’re thrilled to promote these five individuals to broaden and deepen the diversity, experience and expertise of our leadership team. Without their work and dedication in recent years, SHP would not be in this position as one of the marquee architecture firms in the industry. I can’t wait to see what they can accomplish next.”
– Lauren Della Bella, President & CEO, SHP
