SHP Hires Noted Strategic Workplace Design Expert, Brady Mick, to Lead Corporate Design Practice
Brady Mick has joined SHP as director of strategic design, workplace. In his new role, Mick will lead visioning, ideation, research and design efforts to develop workplaces that facilitate learning experiences.
Mick has 30 years of professional experience as an architect, strategist and thought leader, focusing his efforts on the social dynamics and behavioral results of design. His passion for learning, idea generation and maximizing opportunities drives a creative process that delivers relevant and responsive spaces for work, learning, public experience, research and more.
“To me, the most important part of life is the relationships we build with others, with the second being that we remain in a constant state of learning,” explained Mick. “The workplace is the perfect intersection of interpersonal relationships and ongoing learning. That’s why workplace design is so important: by its very nature, it is a catalyst for the positive individual experiences of people creating business results.”
