9 Billion Schools: One School’s Journey – Persona Development
How—and as importantly, to whom—will the new Mercy McAuley High School deliver education in 2027? That’s one of the questions behind SHP’s futurecasting effort with the school’s transition team. After hearing from various influencers about issues impacting the future of education, SHP Leading Design led the Mercy McAuley team through a persona development exercise to help them imagine the kinds of students who may attend the new school in 10 years’ time.
