Project Description

SHP completed construction on Zane State College’s 49,000 square foot science and technology center under an expedited schedule using CM agent, multi-prime delivery. It was designed to attract students interested in advanced science programs by featuring dedicated labs with integrated and specialized equipment for a range of studies, including: Electrical Engineering Technology, Alternative Energy, Robotics, Industrial Technology, Medical Assistance Technologies, Radiology, Anatomy, Biology and Physics.

  • Supported by a developed (A/V) studio, an 80-seat lecture hall and a computer lab for processor intensive software programs.
  • Flexible classrooms and breakout spaces for student collaboration.
  • An outdoor classroom and courtyard for the Alternative Energy Program Needs.
  • Sustainable initiatives such as a PV solar array and wind turbine.
